Sheroes in Games Wiki

In 2011, Genevieve Clarke and Michelle Treagust joined The Reading Agency and the UK Department of Business, Innovation and Skills to help raise awareness of the educational potential of digital games. They proposed strategies to encourage reading for pleasure through digital games in adult populations with literacy needs. At the same time, they attempted to redefine the perception of literacy and reading-writing skills. The result was the project Game On: Ways of using digital games to engage learners in reading for pleasure.
