Purpose
This Khan Academy course teaches the different elements it takes to create and tell a great story. What makes a story great? What makes someone a good storyteller? Telling stories is something we all do naturally, starting at a young age, but there is a difference between good storytelling and great storytelling. Pixar story directors and artists are shown how they got started and what stories inspire them. Examples, structure, visual language, cinematographic elements, among others, are reviewed.
